For more information about our services, prices and duration of appointments, please call 01778 420324 and one of the team can happily assist.
Please note that we operate 3 very busy clinic’s and we rely on your communication and your punctuality to cancel or rearrange your appointments if you are unable to attend, this allows us to offer the appointments to patients who are waiting. Please see our cancellation policy below:
24 – 48hrs notice: If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. This will allow us to offer the appointment time to another patient. This will not incur any charges.
Less than 24 hours notice: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend your appointment. You will be charged the full price of your scheduled treatment.
Please note that the outstanding charge on your account must be paid in full before any future appointments can be made.
Our cancellation policy is at the full discretion of our practitioners and their decision is final.
We accept cash and all major credit / debit cards. Unfortunately we are no longer able to accept cheques.

Please note: If you fail to sufficiently use oil in your ears for a minimum of 5 days before the appointment, and your practitioner is then unable to clear the wax at the time of your appointment, there will be a charge of the normal treatment fee for you to return.
